I will strive to understand your view of the world and your perspective on what is causing you distress. In therapy, we work collaboratively toward your goals in a holistic way using a variety of techniques, with relational-cultural theory and a person-centered approach at the core of my approach. I deeply value relationships and honor the trust you place in me as your counselor with a commitment to support you as you develop skills and hone tools within the context of our relationship in therapy for use outside of our sessions.
