SERA LANGE

Intern

Families |  Divorce | Trauma

ages 3+

Hello! My name is Sera. I am a clinical mental health counseling graduate intern, and my therapeutic approach is rooted in warmth, empathy, and genuineness. While I have an interest in working with children and teens that experience family conflict, I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you or your child are seeking support, I aim to provide a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted just as you are.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow, adapt, and find meaning, even in the midst of difficulty. Therapy, to me, is more than just a place to talk; it’s a transformative process where healing and personal growth can take root.

In my therapeutic work, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique goals. I am primarily client-centered but often incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and expressive modalities such as art, sand tray, and play therapy.

Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child, a teen feeling overwhelmed, or an adult working through life’s transitions, I’m here to support you. Reaching out can be a big step, but if you're ready, or even just considering it, I’d be honored to connect and walk alongside you on your journey.
