What is the Autism Parent Group?

These "adult only" meetings are for parents of children ages 3-12 who have been diagnosed with autism. Meetings are held on Google Meet on Fridays.

 

When does the group meet?

The group meets on Fridays from 5-6pm. There are 10 sessions, running August 29 thru November 7. (There will be no meeting on Halloween.)

 

How much does it cost?

Each session is $10 and you must provide a credit/debit card to be put on file.

4. Emotional Regulation

5. Handling Disruptive Behaviors Part 1

6. Handling Disruptive Behaviors Part 2 (including wandering off)

7. Food Aversions & Sleep Disturbances

8. Reinforcing Positive Behaviors / Encouraging Flexibility

9. Parent Self-Care and Resilience

10. Key Life Skills & Maintenance
